▍Your role

You will be joining our R&D team as a technical writer and working with all teams within the company to create/maintain documentation with comprehensive, concrete, up-to-date and easy to understand information.

▍Your responsibilities in this job 

• Prepare, review, revise, and organize internal/external technical documents
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure the completeness of the information 
• Design and implement well-structured and reasonable information architecture 
• Maintain the correctness, timeliness, consistency and accuracy of the materials
• Conduct proofread for technical documents written by other coworkers

• Able to write American English at a native or native-like level
• Able to layout/reorganize information to make it easier to search and understand
• Experiences drawing technical diagrams and familiar with different types of technical diagrams commonly used
• Able to interpret Mandarin-based documents and rewrite them with English
• Able to understand a large concept quickly but also can pay attention to little details
• Understand the concepts of HTTP API

• 2+ years experiences working on technical writing
• 2+ years of programming experiences
• Experiences writing documents on common wiki solutions (e.g. Confluence or Redline)
• Experiences writing documents using Github markdown language
• Experiences with commercial chart tools (Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio…)
• Familiar with UI prototype tools like Figma
• Experiences making API documents for any language
